Coconut Miso Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
• ½ cup coconut milk
• 1½ tbsp miso
• 1 small shallot, minced
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp soy sauce/tamari
• Splash vinegar or mirin (opt.)
Instructions:
Saute shallot in either butter or oil of choice.
Add remainder of ingredients, mix well and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
