This is our signature miso and the flavor that eventually led to the formation of Creative Koji. Black beans have always been my favorite and this miso has been a mainstay in my home for many years. It’s sweet and rich and will always leave you wanting more. It was slow fermented for over 10 months. All of the ingredients used in this miso are organic.
