Join Gabe Garms for another one of Creative Koji’s popular miso tasting and cooking workshops. You will get to sample six soy and gluten free miso varieties made with non-traditional ingredients such as dandelion root, pumpkin seeds, and a range of beans.
In addition to the sampling, you’ll learn how to cook with miso and we’ll taste 3 miso inspired dishes as well. From savory to sweet, this event will inspire new ways to use this incredible ingredient.
Jars of miso with our new logo and labeling will be available for purchase, giving you the opportunity to take home your favorites and experiment in your own kitchen.
