Out of all of the bean misos, the pink and black beans are far and away my favorites. The pink bean is a little bigger and richer than the black bean and not as sweet in my opinion. The porcini mushrooms were harvested in the North Cascades last fall and provide the deepest umami flavor of any of our current mushroom misos. Get them while they last.
