Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 c (1 stick) butter
1 c brown sugar
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
1/3 c miso paste
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c chocolate chips (to taste)
Instructions:
Beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together in a bowl
Add egg, miso and vanilla extract and blend together well
Incorporate flour and baking soda, then add in chocolate chips
Cover mixture and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
